Introduction

Ipadio Ltd (“ipadio”) takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data which can identify you.

The Information we collect

The use of ipadio requires registration. Ipadio hold the information that you use to register at a secure hosting facillity at Rackspace in the UK. Your live phlogs are streamed live from our data centre whilst your are making the telephone call.

Depending on the preferences you chose when you register, we will:

• Send our email newsletter to you
• Contact you to arrange a demonstration or to discuss Ipadio further

We may also contact you from time to time to ensure that ipadio is working well for you, and to ask for your input on how we might improve ipadio.

Data Protection

Ipadio Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner in the UK as a “datacontroller” in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Further details of the registration are available at www.dpr.gov.uk.

We will not disclose your contact information to any third parties.

Accessing and updating your personal information

We will always let you have a copy of personal information we have about you, should you request it, and you may correct it if you wish.

You can edit all personal information through your web account. Sign in at www.ipadio.com.
